Service Description
90-minute Introductory Wellness Circuit includes: 10-minute vibrational plate, 20-minutes PEMF, and up to 45-minutes infrared sauna treatment. This service provides an introduction to our equipment and helps tailor future sessions to your wellness goals. If the initial $90 cost is a barrier for you, I offer a sliding scale option for the first Wellness Circuit. Everyone deserves access to healing, and cost shouldn’t be the reason you’re unable to begin your wellness journey.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full cost of the service. -Wear or bring comfortable long sleeves, long pants, and socks to wear inside the sauna wrap. -We recommend bringing an extra set of clothes to change into afterward, as sweating is a normal part of the treatment. -If you’d like to shower after, feel free to bring any personal items you prefer (like a hairbrush or deodorant) — we also have products available for your use.
